P4003 is the newest foam addition to Prime Materials.   A closed cell cross linked polyethelene, it possesses similar qualities to Plastazote LD45.  P4003 boasts longer wear before bottoming out, is highly moldable and easily fabricated.  Possible uses are padding, foot orthotics, and top covers.  Contact sales@primematerialscorp.com for more information on this and our other products.

Prime Materials Corporation is a manufacturer of Closed Cell Cross Linked Foam.  We offer our closed cell foam in bun stock, with densities ranging from 1.5# -22# and boast the largest bun size available.  These buns are available in PE, EVA, SBR and custom resin blends.  Our foams are available in a spectrum of colors, densities and durometers.  We are pleased to offer an extensive product line for applications ranging from packaging to aerospace, construction to medical with everything in between.  With inhouse engineering and research and development we are able to offer our partners custom foam solutions.  Our team will customize our foams to meet your specific requirements.
